Midstate Abstract Company provides title insurance policies to both owners and lenders of residential as well as commercial real estate being purchased or refinanced. Being the title company of the law firm of Reager & Adler, PC, clients have the benefit of in-house legal counsel if the need arises as well as having an attorney conduct the settlement. On behalf of the Buyer/borrower, we examine the chain of title at the courthouse for any liens, encumbrances, rights of way, easements or any possible clouds on the title, and we work with lenders so that settlements can occur in a timely fashion.
